Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του 1ου κύκλου προσφοράς προγραμμάτων δια βίου εκπαίδευσης, το Γραφείο Πανεπιστημιακής Ανάπτυξης και Αποφοίτων του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου ανακοινώνει νέα προγράμματα, τα οποία θα διεξαχθούν την περίοδο Νοέμβριος-Δεκέμβριος 2020. Το πρώτο πρόγραμμα έχει τίτλο, “The art of oral presentations” και θα προσφερθεί στα Αγγλικά με εξ αποστάσεως διδασκαλία. Για όλα τα προγράμματα δίδεται πιστοποιητικό παρακολούθησης.
Περιγραφή
Oral presentation skills are a vital tool in both the academic as well as the professional arenas. At the same time, the skill of oral presentation is a quite demanding one and requires ample practice and sufficient knowledge of specific techniques. This program aims at students and professionals alike, regardless of their field. It also aims at postgraduate and doctoral students who are expected to experience a viva in the coming months.
Specifically, this program will look into: Types of oral presentations. Presenting one’s thesis – the viva experience. Organizing and developing materials. Effective time management. Choice of means (technology, multimedia, posters etc.). Research literature Stage fright and coping mechanisms.
